Job description

  • Manage, plan surveys and analyze the business requirements of products and/or customers
  • Organize, assign work to team members
  • Act as the lead in collecting survey information from customers
  • Manage changes during Project implementation
  • Receive, survey, collect requirements from customers according to project development requirements, analyze requirements and data, describe business processes, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and processes | Business Analysis | workflow analysis to provide business requirements, interfaces and features.
  • Develop, describe/describe functions and operations for products/services: URD, and SRS
  • Build and unify operations with customers with URD, SRS documents
  • Design data models, create mockups or prototypes for the project
  • Participate in software quality testing, product acceptance before delivery

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in BA position
  • Own a College / University degree majoring in IT, management informatics, information systems, or related majors
  • Good skills in writing professional documentation, as well as using software that aids in design, such as Figma, EA | PowerDesigner, Visio, UML, Mockup | Wireframe. Know and can use Photoshop software | Illustrator is advantageous
  • Working knowledge of data model design, using RDBMS relational database management systems (such as Oracle, SQL server, or MySQL, etc.)
  • Proactive, creative at work, have a high sense of discipline, can work well under pressure
  • Good communication & presentation ability
