With proven experience in developing digital solutions, BlueTech (BLT) is honored to collaborate with the Tax Department to develop and deploy eTax Assistant – an AI-powered chatbot that helps citizens and businesses quickly and accurately access tax-related information and procedures.
The eTax Assistant is designed as an intelligent virtual assistant capable of natural interaction, understanding user queries, and providing instant responses on various topics such as:
- Information about dependents (NPT).
- Tax finalization details.
- Tax obligations and payment status.
- Tax enforcement information.
- Guidance on tax payment and proxy tax payment procedures.
Through its user-friendly interface, individuals can simply type their questions or select a topic, and the system instantly provides verified and up-to-date information from the official Tax Department database.
This innovation significantly reduces the time required for information lookup, lessens the workload for traditional support channels, and delivers a more convenient, modern, and transparent experience for taxpayers.
Within the project, BlueTech is responsible for developing the software platform and integrating AI technology into the eTax Assistant system, ensuring accurate language processing, context recognition, and rapid information retrieval.
The system operates on a highly secure infrastructure, compliant with government data management standards, and is built with scalability in mind to accommodate growing user demand in the future.
