JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organize and manage all activities of the accounting department, including task assignment, guidance, and supervision.
- Review, verify, and approve accounting documents, records, and reports.
- Prepare and present financial statements (separate & consolidated) and periodic tax reports.
- Prepare monthly business performance reports.
- Advise on financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Work with tax authorities, auditors, inspectors, and banks.
- Coordinate with other departments on finance and accounting matters.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience in a similar Chief Accountant position.
- Age 25–35 (gender not required).
- Strong understanding of tax, accounting, and corporate finance regulations.
- Experience working with tax authorities, auditors, or inspectors.
- Proficient in Excel; Power BI skills are a plus.
- Strong time-management and work allocation skills.
- Experience managing and developing accounting teams.
- Ability to train and mentor team members.
