On October 17, 2025, the entire BlueTech team enjoyed a memorable Team Building day at LeFarm Homestay – Ba Vì, surrounded by lush greenery and the gentle autumn weather. Despite the typical crisp autumn sunshine, the weather was kind, providing a fresh and pleasant atmosphere — perfect for a day filled with energy and laughter.
The program began early in the morning, as the team departed from the office while dawn was still breaking. After nearly two hours of travel, the group arrived at LeFarm — a green retreat nestled in the forest, featuring open spaces, a lake, lawns, and gently sloping tea hills. From the very first moments, everyone was radiant and excited, ready for a day of “letting loose” with their colleagues.
From 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., a series of lively team activities took place: sack races, zigzag running, water relay challenges, mystery decoding, and boat rowing across the lake. Beyond being entertaining, each activity required teamwork, coordination, and mutual trust. Every cheer, every tumble followed by laughter — all contributed to a vibrant atmosphere brimming with positive energy.
After the games concluded, the team gathered in LeFarm’s rustic spaces. From 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., the program continued with gift exchanges, meals, socializing, and singing. Impromptu performances, joyful singing interspersed with laughter, clinking glasses, and heartfelt exchanges among colleagues — all combined to create a warm and meaningful afternoon. Some shared stories never told at the office, and those usually quiet became more open and friendly.
