JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive, survey, and collect customer requirements according to project development needs.
- Analyze requirements and data, describe business processes, use cases, scenarios, interfaces, and system functions.
- Develop and define detailed business and functional specifications for products/services through URD and SRS documents.
- Work with customers to align and finalize business requirements based on URD and SRS documents.
- Design data models, create mockups or prototypes for projects.
- Participate in software quality testing and product acceptance before handover.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Age: From 23 years old and above.
- Education: College or University degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA); candidates with hands-on experience in software development projects are preferred.
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum models, with a focus on designing and developing based on functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and business process modeling such as Business Function Model, Relational Data Model, UML, Use Case, BPMN, etc.
- Ability to build mockups for products or applications.

WORKING TIME & LOCATION
- Working hours: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday (flexible working schedule).
- Location: No. 508 Truong Chinh, Khuong Thuong Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
