BlueTech Partners with Bingxue to Implement BlueStore – Tailored Sales Management Solution

At the end of 2024, BlueTech officially signed a strategic partnership with Bingxue, a rapidly growing F&B brand with over 150 outlets nationwide, to implement BlueStore, a customized sales management software designed specifically for Bingxue’s operations.
This collaboration not only marks a significant milestone in Bingxue’s digital transformation journey but also highlights BlueTech’s expertise in developing tailored software solutions that optimize operations and enhance business efficiency for chain enterprises.
Previously, Bingxue had used several generic sales management platforms, but these off-the-shelf solutions could not meet the chain’s complex operational needs or offer sufficient flexibility. Recognizing this, BlueTech partnered with Bingxue to analyze business workflows, design, and develop BlueStore – a solution aligned with internal processes while offering scalability for future expansion.
Thanks to Bingxue’s large-scale operations and clearly defined requirements, the investment in a customized software solution proved cost-effective and delivered long-term benefits. The system comes with warranty, technical support, and regular upgrades, without incurring the annual maintenance fees typical of other commercial platforms.
BlueStore integrates all essential modules, including sales management, raw material tracking, inventory control, revenue reporting, and centralized branch administration. This solution enables Bingxue’s team to monitor business performance in real time, manage materials efficiently, optimize operational costs, and simultaneously enhance the customer experience at each outlet.
