JOB DESCRIPTION
- Search and develop new customers in the field of information technology, especially software outsourcing projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Make sales plan for each quarter/month, meet or exceed sales target.
- Consulting on technology solution suitable to customer needs, coordinating with the technical team to propose optimal service packages.
- Negotiate and sign contracts to ensure rights and benifits for the company.

- Update market information, analyze competitors and technology trends to improve sale strategy.
- Develop and propose sales policies and sale strategies suitable for the company.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University or College majoring in Economics, Business Administration, IT,… or other related majors.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in IT business.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in domestic and foreign software outsourcing service.
- Understanding of software Outsourcing Services and Software services.
- Negotiation skills, creating relationships.
- Logical and creative thinking
- Proactive in work, professional, punctual.
- Ready to be a pioneer and leader.
- Ability to work independently and withstand pressure well.
- Priority is given to candicates with English communication skills.
